All Backpacker prices shown for day cruises offered on this website are only available on presentation of a valid Student, Peterpans, YHA, ISIC, VIP, NOMADS or BASE card. Limited numbers of seats each day at these special 'Backpacker prices'. Packages and package prices are open to all.
All bookings not made locally should be reconfirmed with our Airlie Beach office the day before departure (+61 7 4946 4662).
Transfers: All Packages include transfers from Airlie accommodation to Abel Point Marina and all vessel transfers. Day Cruises include coach transfers to and from Abel Point Marina.
Meals as indicated in the current 'Wicked Whitsundays' brochure.
Awesome Adventures OZ reserves the right to alter prices, cancel departures, apply a fuel surcharge, arrange alternative transport, itineraries and/or services when necessary.
Awesome Adventures Oz cannot be held responsible for missed flights due to late arrival at airline check-in counter.
In the interest of passenger safety departures and itineraries are subject to sea and weather conditions. Should the company be forced to cancel or alter cruises our liability is limited to offering an alternative or appropriate refund no greater than the fare paid.
The company shall not be held responsible for any property loss or damage and/or any claim resulting from personal injury or death arising whilst travelling with the company, participating in activities, on the vessel or pontoon or other company property. This disclaimer applies irrespective of the cause.
Where another company or persons operate the service such as diving, accommodation or shore transfers, Awesome Adventures OZ is acting only as a Sales Agent. Responsibility and liability for the operation lies with that operator.
All prices are stated in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices valid for travel until 31 March 2013.
Age and medical restrictions apply to diving activities. A medical questionnaire must be completed. Due to altitude restrictions certified divers cannot fly after diving.
Cancellation fees: Day Cruises within 12 hours 25%. No show 100%. Packages - No show or less than 24 hours - 100%, less than 48 hours - 50%, 2-7 days notice - 20%. No refunds will be issued for unused days nor for any unused components of the Packages unless cancelled by the Operator. Any additional cancellation fees imposed by the Resorts will also apply.
Amendment fees: Day Cruises no charge to change to another cruise provided 12 hours before departure. Packages - Change of booking within 24 hours 50% of first night?s accommodation cost. More than 24 hours notice $20. Any additional cancellation fees imposed by the Resorts will also apply.
