- Whole baked ham on the bone, sliced turkey, grain fed roast beef, sliced pork, Hungarian salami and marinated chicken drumsticks.
Condiments - Seeded mustard, minted yoghurt, light sour cream & sliced black olives.

- Large clam shell filled with fresh cooked prawns served with
lemon segments and a sauce of mild chilli, sour cream, tomato
and chopped shallots.
- Platters of NZ mussels served with a sweet chilli sauce and
garnished with fresh herbs and parsley.
