The Great Barrier Reef is one of the seven great wonders of the natural world, an absolute must-see for anyone visiting the region. Stretching more than 2,300km along the northeast coast of Australia, it is the largest natural feature on earth and can be seen from outer space.

Made up of more than 2,800 coral reefs and boasting a diverse range of colourful marine life, the Great Barrier Reef provides some of the best diving and snorkelling in the world.

'Knuckle Reef Lagoon', acclaimed as one of the region’s most spectacular Great Barrier Reef sites, is accessible from Airlie Beach with a 'Great Barrier Reef Adventures' day cruise (taken as a stand alone day trip or included in some of our Awesome Packages).
